Policies!

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipments will be made within 3 to 10 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on demand or special circumstances. Thank you for your patience! :)
  • International delivery: 10-45 business days, approximately.

Shipping and Package Responsibility Policy:

  • Once the package has been shipped, I am NOT responsible for any issues that occur during transit, such as lost or damaged packages. Although we offer tracked shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery on time, nor are we responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they have been handed over to the courier service. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the courier company in your country directly to resolve the problem. You can check the status of your package with the tracking number provided via email. If you have any doubts about the tracking number for your package, feel free to send me a message.
  • The tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. It is important for the customer to stay updated on the package's status using the provided tracking information. I am not responsible if the package is returned due to a lack of tracking or the customer's absence at the time of delivery. If the package is returned for any reason and the customer wishes to receive it again, the shipping cost will need to be paid again for a new shipment

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued once the order has been placed.
  •  However, if an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped, a 100% refund will be issued for the out-of-stock item. Refunds will only apply to products that cannot be shipped due to lack of stock.

Address Policy:

  • I am not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you made a mistake when entering your address, please verify and correct the information as soon as possible by sending a direct message (DM) or an email. If the order has already been processed and shipped, I will not be able to make changes to the address.
